Please note that the swimming-pool at The Apsara Rive Droite is for the exclusive use of the Apsara Rive Droite guests.

From mid-February onwards the weather gets warmer, but is still pleasant and can be cool in the evenings. March can be quite hot, with an increase in humidity towards the end of the month. April brings the hot weather but as Luang Prabang is in the hills it will be cooler than the rest of the country.
May marks the start of the rainy season, which means the country side becomes very green and rather beautiful. July and August are the wettest months. But by September the rains are rather more spasmodic, and the temperature is much lower. By October the rains are generally over.
